Welcome to your first semester as college students. This course is designed to build content knowledge in U.S. history, while exposing you to the variety of opportunities, services, and events at SJSU. In part, the goal is to help you develop as university students and provide you with the tools you will need to succeed as you continue on your journey toward graduation. More importantly, you will develop life-long learning skills that will help you engage in civic, social, and political life!
